We don’t perform repairs ourselves — but we make sure your home’s basic systems stay functional and alert you to anything that needs attention.
During visits, we:
- Test smoke & carbon monoxide detectors
- Replace batteries if needed
- Check that lights, toilets, and faucets are working properly
- Identify maintenance needs early so you can schedule service promptly

Visual Review
A complete walk-around and walk-through of your property — inside and out. We look for issues before they become problems. Each visit includes:
- Exterior and interior inspections
- Checks for mold, leaks, storm damage, or pests
- Verification of HVAC operation
- Electrical breaker and system checks
- Visual inspection of pools
- Detailed report with photos and recommendations

- Handyman: Minor repair work

How often do you check my home?
Our checks can vary from a standard Bi-Weekly schedule, to customized timelines to perfectly fit your needs. Contact us to see how we can best fit your needs.
What happens if you find a problem?
If a problem is found, we promptly document the problem and contact the homeowner. We then coordinate to best resolve the issue.

After every visit, you’ll receive a photo report and notes so you know exactly what we found, even when everything looks perfect.
